De Moer Project Services partners with MI-Services Ltd on system validation
Asperen, NL: 28
mei 2003 – MI-Services Ltd (www.mi-services.com),
with a lengthy track record on system validation for the pharmaceutical
industry both according to FDA regulations as well as the European rules
have joined forces with De Moer Project Services BV on a joint approach
of BPCS System validations in the Benelux.
“Without a thorough analysis of the companies’ processes and the specific risks a validation project is more like shooting from the hip. The joined approach of De Moer and MI-Services combines the business process knowledge of both companies and adds the specific knowledge of the FDA and European legislation. This will keep companies from running inefficient and costly validation projects.”
“The legislation are currently under a lot of development. A critical
scope of the necessity of every action in the validation project
must safeguard
companies from wasting time and money in their validation processes.”
“The importance of the system validation will increase in the near
future. It will become difficult to do business without a validated
system in
the pharmacy. The quality of the information system will increase
by looking
at Good Practices and sound business logic during the validation
project. A validation project can be an indicator for efficiency
within your company.”
