Methodology
Within De Moer Project services all projects are structured according to a standard methodology. Some information systems have their own methodology. Consultants of De Moer are certified for several of those methodologies.
An important role of the methodology is to create clarity for all involved. That is why De Moer consultants will firstly try to choose a methodology that is already known within the organization. Nevertheless, the consultants will prefer the methodology of De Moer as it fits well with the experiences gained with other projects and because this methodology is above all simple in the way it is structured.
Project phases
The applied methodology of De Moer consist of three phases:
- Plan of approach
- Software selection
- Implementation
